Used police cars for sale to the public are all the rage these days. They’re extremely inexpensive and for the ultra low price, you really can’t go wrong. The cars are well maintained (c’mon at least we know the owner’s not some ex-convict/drunk/pervert). And depending if there are any visible signs/imagery left of an ex-cop vehicle, no one will dare do anything remotely criminal to it. 
If you’re shopping for your first car or a used car in this economic downturn, why not consider used cop cars at a sale near you? They’re easily available at any government auto auction.
